Why they pay me the big bucks

Other editor: Is there a way on Microsoft Word to get an "e" with an accent mark over it?
Me: Usually I just write "cafe" and hit enter.
Other editor: Get out of town! That's hot!!
Me: I'm sure there's an easier way.
